My role is often to create clarity. I structure complex AI questions and bring the right professional perspectives together.
The work itself is collaborative. Together with my team, we develop learning pathways, use cases and lasting structures. We support implementation by asking what fits the organisation and how people can work with it meaningfully.
AI looks different in every organisation. Yet the fundamental questions recur: where does it create real value? What competence do people need? Which data can be used? Who is responsible, and how can application be made traceable?
As the Institute team, we work across industries and types of organisation. Our shared projects, training and transformation work give us a perspective beyond individual tools and business models.
Banking & finance
How can AI stay useful, responsible and traceable?
Competence
Documentation
Data
Roles
Our perspective on the task +
In the Raiffeisen/MODAL education context, different employee roles share common requirements. In our work together, we connect learning pathways with responsible application and documentation.
Automotive
Where can AI support real dealership workflows?
Sales
Customer communication
Documents
Prioritisation
Our perspective on the task +
In the Autohaus Waldviertel project context, we examine existing processes: reporting, sales files and data reconciliation become concrete use-case questions. Voice AI likewise needs to be assessed against tasks, interfaces and clear responsibilities.
Municipalities & regional development
How can local government use AI responsibly?
Administration
AI guidelines
Tool guidance
Competence
Our perspective on the task +
The LEADER Waldviertler Wohlviertel project involves 18 municipalities. We connect training and individual guidelines with the demands of local government.
Hospitality & tourism
How can AI help while keeping the guest in focus?
Guest communication
Operations
Marketing
Tourism strategy
Our perspective on the task +
My professional background in hospitality and gastronomy shapes this perspective: an application needs to fit the operation, its employees and its relationships with guests. Administrative support only helps when service and responsibility remain in view.
Gastronomy & food
Which routines can be simplified without losing quality?
Processes
Communication
Content
Administration
Our perspective on the task +
Operations, communication and administration involve many small, recurring tasks. Together, we look at where AI can free up time and attention, and where human review needs to remain part of the workflow.
Trade & wholesale
How can distributed knowledge support sales?
Customer data
Knowledge
Internal processes
Sales support
Our perspective on the task +
In wholesale, useful AI applications depend on data quality and accessible knowledge. We ask not only what can be automated, but which information people need to make reliable decisions.
Transport & logistics
Where is information being transferred repeatedly?
Documents
Workflows
Information flows
Automation
Our perspective on the task +
Recurring documents and information steps are a useful starting point for use cases. Before considering automation, we clarify handovers, exceptions and responsibility for review.
Environmental services & infrastructure
How does AI competence take root across a large organisation?
Employee competence
AI community
Adoption
Practical tool use
Our perspective on the task +
Building competence at scale takes more than a single training session. Role-based learning, internal exchange and an AI community can help develop practical application in everyday work.
Communication, PR & marketing
How can generative content remain responsible?
Research
Content
Image & video
Client communication
Our perspective on the task +
The ikp-group context connects AI competence development with qualification for communications work. Research and generation require judgement, source awareness and human quality control.
Advertising technology & creative industries
What is creatively possible — and useful for the brief?
Generative media
Avatars
Research & costing
Automation
Our perspective on the task +
In the Austrian advertising technology and creative context, new image, video and avatar applications meet concrete briefs. We consider client communication, research, costing and AI competence together, regardless of which tool is currently getting attention.
The industry changes the use case. The fundamental questions remain.
Competence
Data
Governance
Responsibility
Use cases
Adoption
Documentation
This shared experience helps us recognise patterns sooner and adapt solutions to each organisation, rather than simply copying them.
I am particularly interested in what transfers from one industry to another — and what does not. A dealership works differently from a bank, a municipality differently from a hotel. But everywhere, AI needs people who understand what they are doing and structures that make responsibility possible.
My approach starts with the task, the people and the organisation behind it, rather than the tool.
Practice before tool hype
Start with the real task. Then decide which technology helps.
Structure before activity
Roles, responsibilities and documentation matter from the start.
People before technology
Competence and adoption determine whether AI works in everyday life.
Keep thinking ahead
Learning systems need room to grow with people and organisations.
